Dear Maysie,
Easter has arrived and soon gone, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on what has been another very busy and rewarding April for us.
Much of this month has been spent supporting families through our funeral buffets. While these occasions are never easy, it has been a real privilege to provide a welcoming space and good food for people coming together to remember their loved ones. It’s something our team feels honoured to be part of.
We also had a lovely visit from Daniel’s Journey, and it was a pleasure to show him around and share what we do day to day. It’s always special to open our doors and connect with others in the community and help one and other out!
One particularly memorable moment this month was welcoming the RAF Shawbury training helicopter. It was fantastic to see the Juno training helicopter up close and learn more about the crew’s work and training they do as part of RAF, Royal Navy and Army Air Corps Pilots The team landed on the grass and joined us for lunch. It certainly brought some excitement to the day and was enjoyed by everyone involved 🚁
Behind the scenes, we’ve also been working hard online. We were pleased to launch our new sales page on our website, featuring some great spring and summer bargains that we hope many of you will enjoy.
Alongside this, we introduced our Mental Health in Farming caps, helping raise funds for the Farming Community Network. Supporting mental health awareness, especially within the farming community, remains very important to us. We will continue doing what we can to raise awareness and support conversations around this vital topic 💚
Thank you for being part of our journey, Maysie. Looking forward to sharing more updates, events, and stories with you soon.
May is your birthday Month and we will be for sure celebrating you Maysie Moo
Lots of Love
